FVDI abrites software error 5 problem solution

I install the fvdi commanderabrites OPEL software on two different computers but keep getting “opelLoader    -   error:5″, what does it mean? Do i do something wrong? How to solve it?

Your antivirus software destroy the software opelLoader. Please uninstall the antivirus software and reinstall the software again, or find a clean laptop to install the software.  Then you will install the software smoothly and use it.
